Wicked Wizard of Oz – Terms & Conditions

World’s Biggest Productions Ltd (WBP) is the promoter, organiser, and ticket seller for Wicked Wizard of Oz (“the Show”). By purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Ticket Purchase

  1. Tickets are for personal use only.
  2. Resale or transfer of tickets for commercial gain, unauthorised promotions, or secondary marketplaces is strictly prohibited. Breach may result in ticket cancellation without refund or liability.
  3. Orders exceeding per-person or per-household limits may be cancelled at WBP’s discretion, with refunds limited to the ticket price only.
  4. WBP may request additional identification or verification to prevent fraud. Failure to comply may result in order cancellation.
  5. All prices, fees, and charges are subject to change prior to purchase. Once purchased, tickets are confirmed at the final price.

2. Ticket Delivery

  1. Tickets will be sent by email unless otherwise stated.
  2. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address. WBP is not liable for misdirected tickets due to incorrect details.
  3. If tickets are not received, contact WBP promptly for resolution.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  1. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for personal reasons or dissatisfaction with the Show.
  2. Refunds may only be requested if the Show is rescheduled or relocated, and:
    • The new performance time differs by more than 2 hours, or
    • The date is changed to a different calendar day.
  3. Requests for refund or exchange must be made within 7 days of notification of the change.
  4. Exchanges for alternative dates may be considered at WBP’s discretion; any difference in ticket price applies.
  5. Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 30 days of eligibility. Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Postponements

  1. Decisions to cancel, reschedule, or relocate the Show are made solely by WBP.
  2. WBP cannot guarantee notification of minor schedule changes (<2 hours on the same day).
  3. WBP is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other related costs resulting from cancellations or changes.

5. Attendance & Conduct

  1. Admission is subject to compliance with venue and Show rules, including health, safety, and security requirements.
  2. WBP or venue staff may refuse entry or eject attendees for:
    • Abusive, threatening, or anti-social behaviour
    • Drunkenness or illegal/prohibited substances
    • Non-compliance with safety or security checks
    • Unauthorized recording, photography, or video
  3. Age restrictions and other seat or ticket conditions must be observed. Proof of age may be required.

6. Recording, Photography & Sharing

  1. No recording, photography, or audio/video capture is allowed without prior written consent from WBP.
  2. Unauthorized recording may result in:
    • Immediate ejection
    • A fine of up to £5,000 per incident
    • Legal action to remove content online and claim damages
  3. Sharing, uploading, or distributing recordings without consent breaches copyright and may incur civil and criminal liability.
  4. By attending, you agree to comply with these rules.

7. Liability

  1. WBP is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft at the Show, except where directly caused by negligence.
  2. WBP cannot be held liable for acts of the venue, performers, or other attendees.
  3. WBP is not responsible for delays, technical faults, or unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.

8. Privacy

  1. Personal data may be shared with venues, ticketing agents, and service providers only to deliver the Show.
  2. WBP will never share your data for marketing without consent, except where required by law.
  3. WBP complies with UK data protection legislation.

9. Governing Law

  1. These terms are governed by English law.
  2. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
